Unity Full circle Recovery Service will provide a licensed program substance use disorder transitional housing services in residential housing that may includes screening, case management, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of drug and alcohol use disorders.

Unity Full Circle will coordinate policies, strategies and activities towards preventing and ending homelessness and unhoused individuals. We will assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing services that are needed to help theses individuals and families move into permanent housing, with the goal of long-term stability. This includes using coordinated access and assessments for resources and system wide homeless management information system data bases.
