Unity Full circle will provide education life skills from evidence-based models to help individuals think successful in in school and life and any other endeavor they choose to explore. Education will include focus and self-control, perspective-taking, communication, making connections, critical thinking, taking on challenges, and self-directed engaged learning.

Unity Full Circle’s goal is to aid individuals in assimilating back into their families and communities and to reduce recidivism. Reunification therapy refers to family therapy that aims to reunite or reestablish a relationship, usually between a parent and child. It emphasizes attachment, promotes healthy communication, and works to heal injuries in the relationship. It can aim to improve relationships within the family or treat alienation.

Unity Full Circle will coordinate the connection of patients with health care providers, resources, and other community services. All Coordination will be directed towards ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Unity Full Circle is all about connecting patients with health care providers, designing treatment plans, and making sure it all gets done within a timely manner. Case coordination includes communication, information sharing, and collaboration, and occurs regularly with case management and other staff serving the client within and between agencies in the community.
